Ingredients for making Anjeer laddu:
- Figs – 250 grams (dried and chopped)
- Almonds – 50 grams (chopped)
- Cashews – 50 grams (chopped)
- Dates – 100 grams (without seeds)
- Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
recipe:
- First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry almonds and cashews in it until they turn light golden.
- Now add chopped figs and dates into it. Cook them on low flame until they become soft.
- After cooling this mixture, grind it in a mixer so that it becomes a uniform paste.
- Pour this paste back into the pan, add cardamom powder and cook until it thickens.
- Cool the prepared mixture and make small laddus from it.
